AI Infrastructure / Cloud Computing · Dubai

The Challenge

A Dubai-based AI-as-a-Service platform selling GPU compute needed a growth foundation built from scratch in a complex technical market.

Services Delivered

Growth Marketing  ·  Website Design  ·  Tag Management  ·  Analytics Implementation

What We Did

Hyperfusion was building real AI infrastructure (GPU compute for developers and enterprises) but had no marketing presence to match. Sponcon came in as a full-stack growth partner: we designed and launched the website, implemented tag management for clean analytics and conversion tracking, and built growth campaigns that spoke the language of their technical buyers.

Working with a B2B SaaS audience in a highly technical space required precision. Every conversion point was instrumented correctly so growth decisions were based on real data from day one.

Hyperfusion is the case that shows Sponcon can navigate technical product marketing, and deliver for international clients operating in competitive, fast-moving AI markets.

Key Result:  Growth foundation built end-to-end: site, analytics, and acquisition in one engagement

Creator Economy / Online Education

The Challenge

A second independent artist looking to replicate Sponcon's creator monetization playbook in a new niche.

Services Delivered

Product Development · Go-to-Market Strategy · Performance Marketing · Sales Optimization

What We Did

Dafne Schilling engagement proved the repeatability of Sponcon's creator framework. Where Lucilismo validated the model, Dafne Schilling stress-tested it across a different audience, different content format, and different pricing architecture.

We handled course creation and packaging, developed the go-to-market strategy from scratch, and executed performance marketing campaigns tuned for her specific community. The playbook held — and improved.

Two creators. Two niches. One framework. This is how Sponcon builds scalable systems, not one-off campaigns.

Key Result:  Repeatable creator playbook validated across multiple verticals

Entertainment / Experiences

The Challenge

A high-energy entertainment brand needing a full customer lifecycle engine, from first click to repeat booking.

Services Delivered

Lifecycle Management  ·  Google Ads  ·  Paid Social  ·  Retention Strategy ·  AI marketing stack implementation.

What We Did

The brand operates in a competitive, experience-driven market where acquisition costs are high and repeat bookings are the real margin. Sponcon took ownership of the full lifecycle: awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention.

We built and managed Google Ads and paid social campaigns with a focus on qualified traffic people who would actually book, not just browse. Lifecycle systems were layered on top to turn first-time attendees into regulars.

Multi-channel growth execution with a unified data view meant every decision was grounded in what was actually moving revenue.

Key Result:  Full-funnel lifecycle build across acquisition and retention channels.

Creator Economy / Online Education

The Challenge

An independent artist with a loyal audience but no infrastructure to monetize it at scale through online courses.

Services Delivered

Course Launch & Scaling  ·  Product Development  ·  Marketing Strategy  ·  Performance Marketing  ·  Course Sales Optimization

What We Did

Lucilismo came to Sponcon with a creative following and a course idea, but no product, no funnel, and no acquisition engine. We started from zero: structuring the course, pricing it for conversion, and selecting the right platform for her audience's behavior.

Once the product was ready, we built the full marketing stack. Paid acquisition campaigns were designed around her audience's actual discovery paths, and the funnel was continuously optimized to lower cost-per-enrollment while scaling spend profitably.

The result was a course business that ran on repeatable systems, not one-time launches.

Key Result:  5× course revenue growth across first two launch cycles
